Aviation Expo 2027 DFW
is a four-day aviation event featuring a large
collectibles marketplace,
behind-the-scenes tours,
seminars,
Aviation Career Day,
social events, and aviation community experiences.
The event will be held at the
Embassy Suites by Hilton DFW Airport North
,
located at
2401 Bass Pro Drive, Grapevine, Texas 76051
,
near Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.
Aviation Expo 2027 DFW takes place
Thursday, June 24 through Sunday, June 27, 2027.
The event is planned to include the
aviation marketplace,
tours,
seminars and workshops,
Aviation Career Day,
social activities, and additional aviation experiences.
Specific schedules and tour availability will be announced as
planning continues.
🌟 Event Highlights
A large buy, sell, and trade marketplace featuring
airline memorabilia,
diecast models,
historical artifacts,
aviation retailers, organizations, and industry exhibitors.
Preliminary planning includes behind-the-scenes experiences with
major aviation organizations and attractions throughout the
Dallas–Fort Worth area. Most tours are expected to take place on
Thursday and Friday.
Aviation Expo brings enthusiasts together through spotting,
photography, informal meetups, and additional aviation-focused
community activities throughout the event.
Aviation history, collecting, careers, content creation, airport
displays, model aviation, and industry topics will be featured
through presentations and interactive workshops.
Aviation Career Day will take place on
Saturday, June 26 from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM,
connecting students, job seekers, enthusiasts, and professionals
with aviation employers, schools, and organizations.
Evening gatherings and networking opportunities will give
attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and aviation professionals more
ways to connect beyond the marketplace.
Aviation Expo offers four-day registration, youth pricing, and
discounts for qualifying aviation employees. Current registration
