  • 10:00 AM–2:00 PM: Career tables are open for conversation, networking, and recruiting.
  • Meet representatives across airlines, airports, aerospace, training, and more.
  • The event is designed to be practical and interactive.
  • Tip: Aim for five to eight tables and keep initial conversations focused and concise.
  • Airlines: Flight operations, inflight, ground operations, and corporate roles
  • Airports: Operations, planning, terminal operations, and ARFF pathways
  • Aerospace: Manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and program operations
  • Flight Schools and Training: Pilot training, dispatch, simulators, and career pathways
  • Colleges and Universities: Aviation degrees, scholarships, and academic programs
  • Maintenance and MRO: A&P, avionics, inspections, and repair
