- 10:00 AM–2:00 PM: Career tables are open for conversation, networking, and recruiting.
- Meet representatives across airlines, airports, aerospace, training, and more.
- The event is designed to be practical and interactive.
- Tip: Aim for five to eight tables and keep initial conversations focused and concise.
- Airlines: Flight operations, inflight, ground operations, and corporate roles
- Airports: Operations, planning, terminal operations, and ARFF pathways
- Aerospace: Manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and program operations
- Flight Schools and Training: Pilot training, dispatch, simulators, and career pathways
- Colleges and Universities: Aviation degrees, scholarships, and academic programs
- Maintenance and MRO: A&P, avionics, inspections, and repair
- Cargo and Logistics: Ramp, sorting hubs, and freight operations
- Aviation Retail, Media, and Community: Networking, education, products, and industry involvement
