Aviation Expo 2027 DFW Preliminary Tours & Flights!

We’re excited to announce our preliminary tour listing for Aviation Expo 2027 DFW! The show will be held in the heart of Texas at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. The host hotel is the Embassy Suites by Hilton DFW Airport North, and the show dates are June 24-27, 2027. With our new Thursday-Sunday schedule, you can attend on the weekend and take no time off! AE 2027 DFW Show Information:

Attendees can enjoy 4-day admission for just $50. For exhibitors, our AE 2027 DFW tables are Island Tables: $99 / Wall Tables: $115. We are also making an important schedule change for 2027. The show will now run Thursday through Sunday, June 24-27, with tours on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday along with the AE Marketplace open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This adjustment is designed to make it easier for attendees to spend the whole weekend at Aviation Expo 2027.


Preliminary Tour & Flight Plans:

Below are our preliminary tour plans. From three airline HQs to ramp tours to museums, AE 2027 DFW will have some of the best tours out there!

American Airlines HQ & Hangars:

DFW is home to American Airlines, which features its headquarters campus, training and operations facilities, and aircraft maintenance hangars. American is one of the largest airlines in the world.

Southwest Airlines HQ & Hangars:

DAL is home to Southwest Airlines, which features its headquarters campus, maintenance hangars, and other operational areas. Southwest has been one of the most successful low-cost carriers in the United States.

DC-3 Flights at the Vintage Flying Museum:

Fort Worth is home to the Vintage Flying Museum, which preserves and operates historic aircraft from aviation’s golden age. We have confirmation of flights on a Douglas DC-3 and Stinson RC-9C at FTW for AE 2027. You’ll also be able to check out the museum, which features classic military and civilian aircraft displays. DC-3 flights will be available to book in the next few months.

DFW Airport Operations:

The Dallas / Fort Worth area offers incredible opportunities for airfield experiences and aircraft spotting. We hope to offer ramp tours at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport that include unique views of airline and airport operations.

CR Smith & Frontiers of Flight Museums:

The CR Smith Museum near DFW showcases the history of American Airlines and commercial aviation through interactive exhibits, historic aircraft, and aviation memorabilia. The Frontiers of Flight Museum at DAL features airline, military, and space exhibits.

JSX Headquarters & Hangar:

DAL is also home to JSX, one of the coolest boutique air carriers in the United States. Their campus features JSX’s headquarters and hangar, offering cool opportunities beyond legacy carriers.

Additional Aviation Experiences:

The Dallas-Fort Worth area is one of the largest aviation hubs in the world. We are currently exploring additional tours and experiences involving companies and facilities such as Bombardier, Gulfstream Aerospace, Fort Worth Alliance Airport, and more. We will offer as many unique aviation opportunities as possible during Aviation Expo 2027 DFW.

Hotel Information:

The Embassy Suites by Hilton DFW North is a great venue located just minutes north of DFW Airport, making it convenient for both local and traveling attendees. We’ve secured a $174 hotel room rate and a $193 airport view room rate, both of which include a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast each morning along with the hotel’s signature evening reception each night.
