Tour Updates from Aviation Expo 2026 SEA!

Our fourth of many tours for AE 2026 SEA will be the BRAND NEW Alaska Airlines Global Training Center! These tours will be released for booking on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 4pm PT. Click here to book on April 20, 2026 at 4pm PT!
Alaska Airlines Global Training Center Tours:
These tours will be hosted on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons. Tours will depart the SeaTac DoubleTree at 12pm both days and return to the hotel around 3pm. The tour includes an overview of three areas of Alaska Airlines’ NEW Global Training Center: inflight service training, full-motion flight simulators, and AOCS (Airport Operations and Customer Service)! Each tour will be split into three groups and visit each area in a rotation, with approximately 30 minutes in each section.
Wednesday, July 8: AS-GTC-1: 12pm-3pm
Thursday, July 9: AS-GTC-2: 12pm-3pm
Each tour will be around 3 hours total. Tour booking will end on July 1st, to allow name vetting. ID will be required and will be checked against the tour manifest at the GTC entrance. Attendees 12-18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Only small cameras will be allowed, no backpacks or luggage. Please be respectful of your tour guides regarding the subjects available to photograph. This tour is not accessible.
The tour booking link will be active on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 4pm PT. You must be a 4-day registered attendee to enjoy AE SEA tours. While Alaska Airlines is offering these tours complimentary as a courtesy to our Aviation Expo “Avgeek” attendees, there is a $30 transportation fee for each tour. All tours are subject to consolidation / cancellation due to security concerns and availability.
Kenmore Air Tours/Flights Bookings:
We have Kenmore Air Lake Washington Tours and Raidal Engine Beaver flights available to book! These tours have limited availability; click here to reserve your tour before they are gone.

Important Registration Note:
If you are having issues with your Webconnex portal and are missing the “registration” button when you sign in, it’s because you are using different emails for registration and billing. You must use the same email for both registration and billing, which you can change in your registration information section. Additional Tours Going on Sale Soon:
Boeing Everett Factory Tours: The Boeing Everett Factory Tour will be hosted on Friday. The tour will depart the SeaTac DoubleTree at 8:30am and return to the hotel at approximately 2:30pm. Transportation and timing will be coordinated as part of a structured group experience aligned with Boeing’s factory tour protocols. This visit offers a guided look inside one of the most recognized commercial aircraft production facilities in aviation history.
Museum of Flight Tours: Museum of Flight Tour times are in the works. Round-trip transportation will be provided. This visit provides access to one of the world’s premier air and space museums, featuring historic airliners, military aircraft, and space exhibits. One of the best aviation museums in the world.

Hotel Booking:
Our host hotel is the DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport, located on the southeast corner of the SEA Airport complex. The hotel features a 14-floor tower with exceptional views of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and the surrounding mountains. We have reserved the 14th-floor exhibit and gathering space, offering floor-to-ceiling airport views throughout the event. The hotel booking link for the DoubleTree SEA-TAC is open, with rates starting at $195 per night, and $225 per night for the top 4 floor airport-view (limited availability for $225 rooms).
Registration:
Registration and vendor table sign-ups are open using this link. Options include: 4-Day Registration (required for tours), daily admission, and youth admission! All registrations include a $5 vendor voucher, redeemable at any marketplace table.
What’s Next:
More tour confirmations and detailed schedules will be released soon. Once finalized, tour registration bookings and selection procedures will be available for all full 4-day registered attendees, along with important timing and participation details. Due to security requirements and capacity limits at certain facilities, space on select tours will be limited. Check our social media pages, website, and your email inbox daily so you don’t miss out.
We encourage all attendees to complete registration early, secure hotel accommodations, and begin planning their schedule. Momentum is building, and Aviation Expo 2026 SEA is shaping up to be a standout aviation event.
