Tour Bookings for Aviation Expo 2026 SEA!
We have BIG tour updates and new experiences to share from your Aviation Expo 2026 Seattle Team!
Our first of many tours for AE 2026 SEA will be Alaska Airlines Hangar Tours, opening for booking on Friday, March 20, 2026 at 4:00 PM PT.
To participate in any Aviation Expo tours, attendees must be registered with the 4-Day Registration option.
Already Registered for AE 2026 SEA?
If you have already registered, follow these steps to access your registration and add tours:
Step 1:
Click this link
to access your registration portal and click “claim your account”. Create your account and log in once active.
Step 2:
Click “Registrations”, then select “View Details”, and click “Edit”.
Step 3:
Find the tour section and add your desired tours to your registration.
Alaska Airlines Hangar Tours:
These tours will take place on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings. Attendees will experience a behind-the-scenes look at Alaska Airlines’ maintenance operations, including the hangar, engine shop, and sheet metal shop.
Tours involve a short walk from the DoubleTree Seattle Airport directly across the street to the Alaska Airlines hangars, highlighting one of the largest airline maintenance operations in the Pacific Northwest.
While these tours are offered as a courtesy, a $15 administrative fee will apply per participant.
Tour Schedule:
Wednesday – July 8
AS-HGR-1: 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM
AS-HGR-2: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Thursday – July 9
AS-HGR-3: 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM
AS-HGR-4: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Friday – July 10
AS-HGR-5: 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM
AS-HGR-6: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Each tour will run approximately 50–60 minutes. Valid ID is required. Only small cameras are permitted; backpacks and large bags are not allowed.
Additional Tours at Aviation Expo 2026 SEA:
Kenmore Air Lake Washington Tours & Flights:
Hosted on Wednesday and Thursday evenings (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM), these tours include a visit to Kenmore Air’s Lake Washington base,
maintenance facility overview, static seaplane display, and seaplane spotting. Optional radial Beaver scenic flights will be available.
Boeing Everett Factory Tours:
Hosted on Wednesday (approximately 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM), this experience includes transportation and a guided visit inside one of the world’s most iconic aircraft production facilities.
The Museum of Flight:
Tour times are being finalized with transportation included. Attendees will visit one of the world’s premier aviation museums featuring historic aircraft and space exhibits.
Additional Alaska Airlines Experiences:
We are working on expanding Alaska Airlines tour opportunities with more details coming soon.

Tour Updates:
We have confirmed tours with Boeing Everett, The Museum of Flight, Kenmore Air, and Alaska Airlines. Full 4-day registration is required, and all tours are subject to capacity limits and security requirements.
Hotel Booking & Registration:
Our host hotel is the DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport, featuring a 14-floor tower with excellent airport views. We have secured the 14th-floor exhibit space overlooking SEA.
Rates start at $195 per night, with limited airport-view rooms available at $225 per night.
Aviation Career Day:
On Saturday, July 11 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Aviation Expo will host a dedicated Aviation Career Day connecting attendees with aviation professionals from across the industry.
Organizations can participate with table space available for $75 per company.
