Friday Night Avgeek Pizza Party:

We’re excited to announce a new community event for Aviation Expo 2026 SEA! Join us on Friday night, July 10, from 6:30pm-9:30pm for our Friday Night Avgeek Pizza Party event on the 14th-floor Matis Lounge, sponsored by Airways Magazine. If you pre-register, the 14th Floor Pizza Party is just $15 and includes 3 slices of pizza. Everybody who participates in this event gets automatic entry into a door prize raffle, including model airplanes, free AE 2027 DFW registration, and more! With floor-to-ceiling airport views, great company, cash bar, and plenty of avgeek conversation, this will be one of the coolest events of the weekend! During this event, we’ll have a plane spotting photo presentation! Attendees will be able to submit a few of their best plane spotting photos to be shown during the presentation. Whether you captured a rare visitor, a beautiful sunset departure, a classic aircraft, or one of your favorite airline shots, this will be a fun way to showcase the aviation passion within our community. Luncheon Speaker – Anna Italiano from Boeing:

We are excited to announce Anna Italiano as our AE 2026 SEA Friday luncheon speaker! Anna is one of the Corporate Historians with the Boeing Company in their archive department, and the luncheon will be on Friday from 12-1:30pm. The presentation is titled “From the Golden Age to the Jet Age: Boeing’s impact on commercial aviation”. Anna’s talk will discuss how the Boeing Company has influenced the field of commercial aviation from the early years of business to the 747. She will share how the innovations and concepts implemented by Boeing paved the way for the commercial aviation industry of today. This catered luncheon is $25 in advance and $30 at the door. AE 2026 SEA Marketplace:

Our collectors’ marketplace will be open on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of AE 2026 SEA. We have sold over 175 tables to retailers like Squatchy’s Diecast Hangar, DG Pilot, Final Approach Collectibles, and dozens of other collectible vendors. Our wall tables are sold out. AE 2026 SEA Hotel:

Our host hotel is the DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport, and the booking link is close! The hotel features a 14-floor tower with exceptional views of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and the surrounding mountains. We have reserved the 14th-floor gathering space for our entire event, offering floor-to-ceiling airport views in this one-of-a-kind space. Special AE 2026 SEA hotel rates start at $195 per night and $225 per night for the top 4 floors, airport-view. Email us if you would like special rate info@aviationexpo.org.

Aviation Expo 2027 DFW:

We’re excited to announce that Aviation Expo 2027 will be held in the heart of Texas at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport! The host hotel is the Embassy Suites by Hilton DFW Airport North, and the show dates are June 24-27, 2027. The hotel booking link, tour opportunities, and more information will be available soon.
