Alaska Airlines Global Training Center Tours
Also, disappointed that you missed out on our cool Alaska Airlines tours? Good news: we have a few additional spaces in both our Alaska Airlines Global Training Center Tours, which will be available to book on Friday, June 5, 2026, at 4:00 PM PT!
These tours will be hosted on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons. Tours will depart the SeaTac DoubleTree at 12:00 PM both days and return to the hotel around 3:00 PM.
The tour includes an overview of three areas of Alaska Airlines’ NEW Global Training Center: inflight service training, full-motion flight simulators, and AOCS — Airport Operations and Customer Service.
Each tour will be split into three groups and visit each area in a rotation, with approximately 30 minutes in each section.
July 8: AS-GTC-1: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
July 9: AS-GTC-2: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Tour Length: Around 3 hours total
Tour Cost: $30 transportation fee
Booking Opens: Friday, June 5, 2026, at 4:00 PM PT
Tour booking will end on July 1 to allow name vetting. ID will be required and will be checked against the tour manifest at the GTC entrance.
Attendees ages 12–18 must be accompanied by an adult. Only small cameras will be allowed. No backpacks or luggage are permitted. Please be respectful of your tour guides regarding the subjects available to photograph. This tour is not accessible.
While Alaska Airlines is offering these tours complimentary as a courtesy to our Aviation Expo avgeek attendees, there is a $30 transportation fee for each tour. All tours are subject to consolidation or cancellation due to security concerns and availability.
Aviation Expo 2027 DFW
We’re excited to announce that Aviation Expo 2027 will be held in the heart of Texas at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport! The host hotel is the Embassy Suites by Hilton DFW Airport North, and the show dates are June 24–27, 2027.

Already Registered for AE 2026 SEA?
Please follow these steps to access your registration file and add tours.
Step 1:
Access your registration portal and click “claim your account.” Then create your account and log in once it is active.
Step 2:
Click “Registrations”. If using a phone, you may need to turn it sideways. Then click “View Details”, then click “Edit.”
Step 3:
Find the tour option you desire and add that tour section to your registration. Save changes before exiting.
FlightSimExpo 2026 MSP
Your Aviation Expo team will be at FlightSimExpo, North America’s biggest flight sim convention! Happening June 12–14 in downtown Saint Paul, FlightSimExpo welcomes flight simmers, pilots, and avgeeks of all ages to their event.
The 3-day event features new product reveals, hands-on exhibits, free workshops, group tours and activities, educational seminars, and more. Daily tickets start as low as $32, and a 3-day registration is available for $95.
Aviation Expo will have multiple tables at the show to promote our event and offer memorabilia for sale. We’ll be located right next to the booth for DGPilot, a local gift store for travel and aviation enthusiasts.
As with our show, FlightSimExpo also offers tours and experiences outside of show hours. Space is still available in several tours, including the MSP Planespotting Trip, a walking brewery tour of downtown Saint Paul, and more.

Hotel Booking
Our host hotel is the DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport, located on the southeast corner of the SEA Airport complex. The hotel features a 14-floor tower with exceptional views of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and the surrounding mountains.
We have reserved the 14th-floor exhibit and gathering space, offering floor-to-ceiling airport views throughout the event. The hotel booking link for the DoubleTree SEA-TAC is open, with rates starting at $195 per night, and $225 per night for the top 4 floor airport-view rooms, with limited availability.
Registration
Registration and vendor table sign-ups are open. Options include 4-Day Registration, which is required for tours, daily admission, and youth admission.
All registrations include a $5 vendor voucher, redeemable at any marketplace table.
Marketplace, Vendor Tables, & Event Schedule
The Aviation Expo Marketplace will be located in the Grand Ballroom, offering a dedicated space for buying, selling, and trading airline, aviation, and military collectibles, along with a presence from aviation recruiters.
The ballroom will be open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Vendor table registration is open, and tables are going quickly.
