Our third of many tours for AE 2026 SEA will be Kenmore Air Lake Washington Tours/Flights, opening for booking on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 4:00 PM PT.
To participate in any Aviation Expo tours, attendees must be registered with the 4-Day Registration option.
Already Registered for AE 2026 SEA?
If you have already registered, follow these steps to access your registration and add tours:
Step 1: Click this link to access your registration portal and click “claim your account”. Click here for a video tutorial. Create your account and log in once active.
Step 2: Click “Registrations”, then select “View Details”, and click “Edit”.
Step 3: Find the tour section and add your desired tours to your registration.
Kenmore Air Lake Washington Tours/Flights:
These tours will take place on Wednesday night and Thursday night. The experience highlights one of the largest seaplane operations in the continental United States, based on the shores of Lake Washington.
Tours will depart the DoubleTree hotel at 4:00 PM both days and return to the hotel around 8:00 PM. Each visit includes an overview of Kenmore Air’s maintenance facility, a possible static seaplane display, and seaplane spotting opportunities. Attendees will spend approximately 2 hours at the seaplane base, with total tour time around 4 hours including transportation.
In addition to the tour, attendees will have the opportunity to book a 25-minute scenic seaplane flight over Seattle on a DHC-2 Radial-Engine Beaver. Flight times are scheduled for 5:45 PM, 6:15 PM, and 6:45 PM, and must be booked separately through the Kenmore Air website. If you plan to participate in a flight, please indicate this when selecting your tour.
Tour Schedule:
Wednesday – July 8 KEN-LWT-1: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Thursday – July 9 KEN-LWT-2: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Tour bookings are limited and expected to sell quickly. Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Only small cameras and backpacks are allowed; no luggage is permitted. Please be respectful of your tour guides regarding photography limitations. This tour is not accessible.
The cost for the Kenmore Air Lake Washington Tour is $45, which includes bus transportation and our courtesy fee to Kenmore Air. Scenic seaplane flights are booked separately and are currently priced at approximately $112, subject to change.
The tour booking link will be active on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 4:00 PM PT. You must be a 4-day registered attendee to participate in AE SEA tours. All tours are subject to consolidation / cancellation due to changes in availability and operational considerations.
Additional Kenmore Air Experience:
Kenmore Air is well known in the aviation community for its extensive aircraft modifications and operations. Their rebuilt aircraft are often referred to as “Kenmore Beavers”, recognized for their performance and reliability. During your visit, you’ll get a firsthand look at this unique operation along the shores of Lake Washington.

Additional Tours Going on Sale Soon:
Boeing Everett Factory Tours: Boeing Everett Factory Tours will be hosted on Wednesday. Tours will depart the SeaTac DoubleTree at 8:30 AM and return to the hotel at approximately 3:00 PM. Transportation and timing will be coordinated as part of a structured group experience aligned with Boeing’s factory tour protocols. This visit offers a guided look inside one of the most recognized commercial aircraft production facilities in aviation history.
Museum of Flight Tours: Museum of Flight tour times are currently in the works. Round-trip transportation will be provided. This visit provides access to one of the world’s premier air and space museums, featuring historic airliners, military aircraft, and space exhibits.
Additional Alaska Airlines Tours: We will have additional tours with Alaska Airlines, so stay tuned for more information soon. This opportunity highlights Seattle’s hometown carrier and offers attendees a closer look at modern airline operations in one of its primary hubs.

Tour Updates:
We have tour confirmation of Boeing Everett, The Museum of Flight, Kenmore Air, and Alaska Airlines. We are finalizing transportation details for our confirmed tours and will have the tour booking system open soon. We also have additional tours in the works.
Full show 4-day registration is required to be eligible for all Aviation Expo tours. All tours are subject to consolidation / cancellation due to changes in security concerns and availability.
Hotel Booking:
Our host hotel is the DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport, located on the southeast corner of the SEA Airport complex. The hotel features a 14-floor tower with exceptional views of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and the surrounding mountains. We have reserved the 14th-floor exhibit and gathering space, offering floor-to-ceiling airport views throughout the event.
The hotel booking link for the DoubleTree SEA-TAC is open, with rates starting at $195 per night, and $225 per night for the top 4-floor airport-view rooms, with limited availability.
Registration:
Registration and vendor table sign-ups are open. Options include 4-Day Registration (required for tours), daily admission, and youth admission. All registrations include a $5 vendor voucher, redeemable at any marketplace table.
Marketplace, Vendor Tables, & Event Schedule:
The Aviation Expo Marketplace will be located in the Grand Ballroom, offering a dedicated space for buying, selling, and trading airline, aviation, and military collectibles, along with a presence from aviation recruiters. The ballroom will be open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Vendor table registration is open, and tables are going quickly. Island tables: $89. Wall tables: $99.
Aviation Career Day:
On Saturday, July 11, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Aviation Expo 2026 SEA will host a dedicated Aviation Career Day focused on connecting attendees with real professionals across the aviation industry. Participants will have opportunities to meet representatives from airlines, airports, aerospace companies, flight schools, maintenance providers, and training organizations.
Company tables will be $75. If your company would like to participate in this new community event, please contact us.
What’s Next:
Tour confirmations and detailed schedules will be released soon. Once finalized, tour registration windows and selection procedures will be announced to all full 4-day registered attendees, along with important timing and participation details. Due to security requirements and capacity limits at certain facilities, space on select tours will be limited. Check our social media pages, website, and your email inbox daily so you don’t miss out.
