New Thursday-Sunday Schedule:
As an overdue change requested by our attendees and vendors, Aviation Expo will now run Thursday through Sunday, with the marketplace open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This adjustment is designed to make it easier for attendees and vendors to spend the whole weekend at Aviation Expo 2027 DFW. Show hosts Steve, Chris, and Connor have made this decision with input from the community, and we’re glad to implement new ideas that our attendees appreciate.
AE 2027 DFW Hotel:
The Embassy Suites by Hilton DFW Airport North is a great venue located just minutes north of DFW Airport, making it convenient for both local and traveling attendees. We’ve secured a $174 hotel room rate and a $193 airport-view room rate, both of which include a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast each morning along with the hotel’s signature evening reception each night! The hotel has a complimentary airport shuttle and FREE parking for our local attendees.
We have room for 200+ tables at AE 2027 DFW, making this a huge opportunity for vendors, collectors, and aviation enthusiasts from across the country. Our hotel booking link will be available by the end of June.
