The host hotel is the Embassy Suites by Hilton DFW Airport North, and the show dates are June 24-27, 2027.

We’ve secured a $174 nightly room rate, which includes a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast each morning and the hotel’s signature complimentary evening reception!

The show will now run Thursday through Sunday, with the marketplace open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, along with tours on Thursday and Friday.
This adjustment is designed to make it easier for attendees to spend the whole weekend at Aviation Expo 2027 DFW.
Our goal with Aviation Expo is to continue building our identity (great tours, an amazing marketplace, and bringing together aviation enthusiasts and professionals alike), while also making it more accessible and affordable for all.
