AE 2026 SEA: Career Day & Website Update!

Aviation Expo 2026 SEA continues to build momentum as we move closer to July 8–11 in Seattle! We’re excited to share confirmed tours, Aviation Career Day updates, website refresh, and more.

Tour Updates:

We have tour confirmation of: Boeing Everett, The Museum of Flight, and Kenmore Air! We are finalizing transportation details of our confirmation tours and hope to open the tour booking system soon. We are also working on additional tours.

Full show 4-day registration is required to be eligible for all Aviation Expo tours. Single-day registrations are not eligible for tour participation. All tours are subject to consolidation / cancellation due to changes in security concerns and availability.

Aviation Career Day:

On Saturday, July 11, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Aviation Expo 2026 SEA will host a dedicated Aviation Career Day focused on connecting attendees with real professionals across the aviation industry. Participants will have opportunities to meet representatives from airlines, airports, aerospace companies, flight schools, maintenance providers, and training organizations.

Website Refresh, Attending Graphics, & More:

We’ve refreshed and reorganized the Aviation Expo 2026 SEA website with improved navigation, expanded daily schedules, and clearer registration breakdowns. Each day now features an easy-to-follow layout, making it simpler to plan your full experience.

We’ve also launched new “I’m Attending Aviation Expo 2026 SEA” social media graphics that registered attendees can download and share on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, aviation forums, etc. Download here: Attending, Exhibiting, Speaking

Hotel Booking & Registration:

Our host hotel is the DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport, located on the southeast corner of the SEA Airport complex. The hotel features a 14-floor tower with exceptional views of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and the surrounding mountains. We have reserved the 14th-floor exhibit and gathering space, offering floor-to-ceiling airport views throughout the event.

The hotel booking link for the DoubleTree SeaTac is open, with rates starting at $195 per night, and $225 per night for the top 3 floor airport-view (very limited availability).

Registration and vendor table sign-ups are open using this link. Options include: 4-Day Registration (required for tours), daily admission, youth admission, and children under 12 attend FREE! All registrations include a $5 vendor voucher, redeemable at any marketplace table.

Marketplace, Vendor Tables, & Event Schedule:

The Aviation Expo Marketplace will be located in the Grand Ballroom and Northwest Ballroom, offering a dedicated space for buying, selling, and trading airline, aviation, and military collectibles, along with a presence from aviation recruiters. The ballroom will be open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Vendor table registration is open, and tables are going quickly. Island tables: $89, Wall tables: $99.

Airways Magazine is offering complimentary advertising opportunities for vendors who register before March 2, 2026. Additional exhibitor details are available at the link below. You must select the 4-day registration option to reserve vendor tables.

What’s Next:

As we continue building toward July, additional tour confirmations and detailed schedules will be released. Once finalized, tour registration windows and selection procedures will be announced to all full 4-day registered attendees. Due to security requirements and capacity limits at certain facilities, space on select tours will be limited.

We encourage all attendees to complete registration early, secure hotel accommodations, and begin planning their Expo schedule now. Momentum continues to build, and Aviation Expo 2026 SEA is shaping up to be a truly standout aviation event.
