All Exhibitors must purchase the $50 4-day registration package. You will see the table availability and the option to add vendor helpers once the 4-day option is selected. We have 6-foot tables with no backdrop. A basic table cover and a chair are included in the price. Our room rates at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport start at just $195 a night and $225 a night for an airport view. In addition, if you sign up by March 2, 2026, you will get listed in our full-page promotions ads in Airways Magazine, both the print and digital editions.
- Sign up for 3 to 5 tables – Get a 1/8 page 4-color ad in a month of your choosing in Airways Magazine and a 15-second commercial in one of their YouTube videos.
- Sign up for 6 – 8 tables – Get a 1/4 page 4-color ad in a month of your choosing in Airways Magazine and a 30-second commercial in one of their YouTube videos.
- Sign up for 9 tables or more – Get a 1/4 page 4-color ad in a month of your choosing in Airways Magazine and two 30-second commercials in one of their YouTube videos.
Note – Your commercials in the YouTube videos need to be evergreen as people will be seeing these long after the show is over, and as the video gets views, which could be years from now. Currently, they have almost 24,000 subscribers to their channel. The Airways videos’ views range from a few hundred to hundreds of thousands. This will give you great exposure. Post show marketing!!! We will be collecting the emails of those attending the show. We will send two post-show emails to them, and all exhibitors will be allowed to make a post-show offer to them to help drive more business to you. Show Bags – Have your company name on the bag and a flyer in each bag.
Lanyards – Have your company name and URL on our show lanyards. Signage in the reception area – Have a large sign in the reception area to draw attention to the fact that your company is in the exhibit hall!
Aviation Day Sponsor – Sponsor our aviation day. This is a special day with informal, one-on-one meet-and-greets for kids and young adults with pilots (private, military, regional, mainline), flight attendants, mechanics, and air traffic controllers—no formal presentations, just real conversations and Q&A. Besides having signage at the event, we will pass out a flyer on your company and let them know you are in the exhibit hall, and to stop by to see you.
Sponsor for Evening Night events – Make a short introduction of your company and welcome everyone to the cocktail party. Also, have your company’s signage at the reception.
Tour Sponsors – Become a sponsor of the tours by having your name displayed on the signage, and distribute a flyer about your company to all attendees of the tour. Available for one tour or all of them.
Exclusive Post-Show Email – We will create a single email on your behalf to be sent to all attendees after the show. No one else will be in the email. This is limited to 2 companies only, so only 2 of these emails to be sent.
Lunch Sponsors – We will have luncheons. Speakers TBD. Regardless of who we get, we know the luncheons will be a popular event to attend. Sponsor the lunch on Friday, or Saturday, or both days. You will also have the opportunity to make a brief announcement about your company and, if desired, introduce the speaker of the day.
