We’re proud to announce a special guest attending Aviation Expo 2026 SEA:Brian Keene of AvPro Designs! Brian will be hosting dedicated airport diorama workshops throughout the event in Seattle, July 8–11.
Brian is widely known in the airport display and model community for his detailed layouts, practical build techniques, and ability to break down complex projects into realistic, achievable steps. His sessions are designed to provide real, usable knowledge that attendees can immediately apply to their own airport builds.
Workshop Details:
Brian will lead multiple in-depth workshops covering airport layout planning, materials sourcing, display techniques, expansion strategy, and long-term project management. Whether you’re building your first display board or managing a full multi-terminal airport, these sessions will offer valuable insight.
Each workshop will include dedicated Q&A time, allowing attendees to bring questions, challenges, and ideas directly to the discussion.
Special Giveaway:
Brian will be giving away one small airport diorama at each workshop session to a lucky attendee. This is an incredible opportunity to take home one of his custom builds and see firsthand the craftsmanship and detailing he’s known for.
In addition, Brian has invited several of his suppliers and collaborators to attend AE 2026 SEA to share their knowledge and expertise with our attendees.
Tour Updates:
We have tour confirmation of: Boeing Everett, The Museum of Flight, Kenmore Air, and Alaska Airlines!
We are finalizing transportation details and hope to open the tour booking system soon. Full 4-day registration is required for all tour participation. Single-day registrations are not eligible. Tours remain subject to capacity limits and security requirements.
Hotel Booking & Registration:
Our host hotel is the DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport. We have secured the 14th-floor exhibit and gathering space, offering exceptional airport views throughout the event.
Hotel rates begin at $195 per night, with limited airport-view rooms available at $225 per night.
What’s Next:
Additional speaker announcements, seminar spotlights, and detailed tour registration procedures will be released in the coming weeks. We encourage all attendees to secure their registration and hotel accommodations early as momentum continues to build.
